By accessing and using AI Humanizer Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Humanizer Pro provides artificial intelligence tools designed to rewrite, humanize, and detect text. While we strive for the highest quality, we do not guarantee that the output will be 100% error-free, completely bypass all third-party AI detectors in every scenario, or perfectly replicate human writing.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Payments: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing to a Premium plan (Weekly or Monthly), you authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscription" portal in your account settings. Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Service and the costs associated with processing AI text, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partially used billing periods.

4. Limitation of Liability & AI Disclaimer

AI Humanizer Pro is intended as a writing assistant and drafting tool. We are not responsible for any academic, professional, or legal consequences that may arise from the use of our generated text. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure their use of our tool complies with the rules, guidelines, and honor codes of their respective institutions, employers, or platforms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, malicious content, or hate speech.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our API limits.
• Engage in any activity that violates local, state, or international law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if you violate these Acceptable Use guidelines.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
